Lodha World One
World One is a super-tall residential skyscraper under construction in Mumbai, India. It is located in Upper Worli on the 7.1-hectare (17.5-acre) defunct Shrinivas Mill site.
Encardio-rite was part of this prestigious project and was entrusted with complete monitoring services (supply, installation. monitoring, and commissioning) for the foundation monitoring of two towers. This included hundreds of sister bars for permanent pile monitoring with automatic data logging. A few borehole extensometers were also used for plate load testing for shallow reaction piles. Geodetic targets including prism targets and building settlement markers were also supplied and installed by us.
